Fresh green fig, asparagus, kiwi fruit and grassy aromas characterize the nose. The palate is mineral and smooth with a refreshing crispness and depth in structure and with green fruit flavours that lingers on the aftertaste. Generous whiffs of tropical fruits, asparagus, green figs, gooseberries and green peppers characterize the nose. The flavours on the nose follow through to the palate to create a well balanced wine with lingering aftertaste. Zesty citrus, apricot and peach aromas characterize the nose with hints of fresh pears. The palate is full and rich with the fruit flavours that follow through from the nose, perfectly balanced by the wood. The wild fermented component gives a layered structure to the wine. It is a non-vintage product with an alcohol content of 24% and has a shelf life of more than 25 years. It will also keep for months after opening. Our honey liqueur is unfiltered and contains no preservatives or additives and thus embodies the essence of the natural purity and the health benefits which organic honey is known for.
