TASTING NOTES 
A rich dessert wine, complimented by fresh tropical fruit flavours on the nose and rounded off with the luscious aftertaste of sun ripened raisins.
 
IN THE VINEYARD
Rootstock: Richter 110
Age of the vines: 7 years
Yield: 5 Tons per hectare
Soil type: Gravel lime
Vines per hectare: 3,333
Trellising Style: 6 Wire fence system, cordon with spur pruning
 
THE HARVEST
Only the ripe berries were picked early in the morning.
 
IN THE CELLAR
It was destalked and given overnight skin contact. The juice was gently pressed and fortified without any fermentation.
